The weather during the Community Meeting will be about 75° F / 24° C for a high during the day and about 54° F / 12° C in the evenings.
Electrical Compatibility
Portland runs on 120 V / 60 HZ electricity and uses an A & B plug. If you are traveling from outside the region, remember to bring an adapter and/or converter.

Complimentary TriMet Transit Hop Fastpass Information:
This complimentary pass is good for the duration of your conference on a TriMet bus, the Portland Streetcar or MAX Light Rail in the Portland Metropolitan area. The passes are valid from September 11-15 and can be used on all forms of public transportation. These will be included in the welcome bags at registration.
Attendees are still able (and encouraged) to use public transportation to get to and from the PDX airport but should plan on an additional 20 minutes for their trip

The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Portland check-in time is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.
If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please contact your hotel directly.
If you still need a hotel room while in Portland, don't wait to book as room availability is limited! The deadline to book your room is September 9th.
PCI SSC will not be providing luggage storage at the event registration desk. Please check with the hotel you are staying at directly for luggage storage options.

Badge Pick-up
Badge Pick-up will be located on Level 1, Pre-function C at the PCI SSC Registration Desk at the Oregon Convention Center. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. Badges must be worn at all times for sessions and receptions.
The Registration Desk will be open:
Tuesday, September 12 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, September 13 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, September 14 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
*At the close of the event, we invite you to recycle your badge at the Registration Desk.

Don’t miss this taste of the city and kick-off networking opportunity! The welcome celebration will be held onsite at the Oregon Convention Center in the Oregon Ballroom foyer and North Plaza. Please note that a portion of the celebration will be held outdoors.

Food and Beverage
Lunch will be served on Wednesday in the Vendor Showcase. Coffee and light refreshments will be served during various breaks throughout the week. See the mobile app for full details.
