1. Search Cvent Events in App Store/Google Play or scan the QR code.
   
2. Once downloaded search PCI SSC to access event. 
3. Log-in using your first and last name, and email address you registered with. 

***If you are already logged into a past PCI SSC Community Meeting, then open the Cvent app. Click on your profile image then Exit event button located at the bottom. Now you will be able to search for the PCI SSC 2024 APAC Community Meeting in the Cvent app.

Attire
Business casual attire is encouraged for the event. We recommend coming prepared as temperatures may vary across the venue. 

Weather
The weather during the Community Meeting will be about 85° F / 30° C for a high during the day and about 72° F / 22° C in the evenings.

Electrical Compatibility
Hanoi runs on 220 V / 50 HZ electricity and uses an A, C & D plug. If you are traveling from outside the region, remember to bring an adapter and/or converter.

Hotel Check-In and Check-Out Times

The JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi check-in time is 3:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.     

If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please contact your hotel directly.  

There will not be luggage storage at the event. Please plan accordingly. For those staying at the JW Marriott, you may store your luggage with the front desk.

Join us for an evening that will captivate your senses and transport you to the lively streets of Hanoi at our Taste of Hanoi Networking Reception. Enjoy a sampling of traditional Vietnamese cuisine and signature dishes that bring to life the essence of the city.

Badge Pick-up
Wednesday, 20 November from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday, 21 November from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Badge Pick-up will be located in the Pre-Function Area outside of Grand Ballroom at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. Badges must be worn at all times for sessions and reception. 

The Registration Desk is always a great place to meet new people and reconnect with old friends.

*At the close of the event, we invite you to recycle your badge at the Registration Desk.  

Translations 
All sessions will be delivered in English, with simultaneous translation into Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese. Translation headsets for Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese will be available for all attendees. Please return at the end of the day to the registration desk. Power off when not in use to save battery life.
