Hilton Boston Back Bay check-in time is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please contact your hotel directly.
Luggage storage will not be available at the event registration desk. Please check with the hotel you are staying at directly for storage options.

For those that are staying at the Marriott and Sheraton, please note that your Wi-Fi access is complimentary. You will have to select to purchase the basic internet, but your hotel bill will be credited upon check out. The Hilton is automatically complimentary.

Badge Pick-up
Badge Pick-up will be located on Level 2, Pre-function Hall C at the PCI SSC Registration Desk at the Hynes Convention Center. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. Badges must be worn at all times for sessions and receptions.
The Registration Desk, sponsored by SecurityMetrics, is always a great place to meet new people and reconnect with old friends. The Registration Desk will be open:
Tuesday, September 10 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, September 11 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, September 12 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
*At the close of the event, we invite you to recycle your badge at the Registration Desk.
Welcome Bag Pick-up
Welcome Bag Pick-up will be located on Level 2, Pre-function Hall C at the PCI SSC Registration Desk at the Hynes Convention Center. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference.

Food and Beverage
Lunch will be served on Wednesday and Thursday in the Vendor Showcase; Exhibit Hall C. Coffee and tea will be served during various breaks throughout the week.
