Fairmont Waterfront check-in time is 3:00 PM PT and check-out time is 12:00 PM PT.

Pan Pacific Vancouver check-in time is 4:00 PM PT and check-out time is 12:00 PM PT.

**Please note that the host hotel is the Fairmont Waterfront which is different from the Fairmont Pacific Rim.

Badge Pick-up 
Badge pick-up will be available at the registration desk in the Ballroom Lobby on West Level 1 of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Directional signage will be clearly posted throughout the venue. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registration payments; cash and checks will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full prior to entry to the conference. Badges must be worn at all times to access conference sessions and receptions. 

The registration desk is also a great place to meet new people and reconnect with colleagues and friends. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
