Badge Pick-up
Badge pick-up will be available at the registration desk in the Ballroom Lobby on West Level 1 of the Vancouver Convention Centre. Directional signage will be clearly posted throughout the venue. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registration payments; cash and checks will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full prior to entry to the conference. Badges must be worn at all times to access conference sessions and receptions.
The registration desk is also a great place to meet new people and reconnect with colleagues and friends. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
Tuesday, September 15 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Wednesday, September 16 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Thursday, September 17 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM PT
*At the close of the event, we invite you to recycle your badge at the Registration Desk.

Food and Beverage
Coffee and tea will be served during various breaks throughout the week. Refreshments will be served at the Vendor Showcase Preview, Welcome Celebration, and Morning Mixer. Lunch will be served on Wednesday and Thursday in the Vendor Showcase. Please see the mobile app for full details. Dietary needs indicated during registration will be noted and accommodated.
